Ponderosa's Takin' It To The Max, aka
Max

German Shepherds have been in our lives a long
time (Ed since the 70's and Karen since 1993). Conformation,
obedience and lots of quality/play time fill our lives. We
ventured out of the norm to adopt Max, a Sheltie, from the
local shelter in 2000 and were blessed to have him with us for
5 years. Sometime, in the future, a Sheltie will again join
our family. But, German Shepherds will always be found playing
on 5 fenced acres here in Big Sky Country and lining up in
front of the refrigerator for their nightly Red Delicious
apple or following one of us around the house for Cheese Nips.
In a nutshell, the most important thing of all, more important
than the titles and certificates, is the love and
companionship they have given us. We are blessed.
